I often become overwhelmed by the thought of my life’s purpose. I find the idea to be a little too profound. Instead, I like to explore what has meaning by asking:
What do I want in life?
What do I care about?
I then make my questions more tangible by asking:
What do I enjoy?
When do I feel compassion or inspiration?
Once I think about the questions, I write down what I enjoy, when I feel compassion, and when I'm inspired.
Reflecting on my answers makes me realize I’m not disconnected from my life’s purpose. I’m already living it.
